Reception was welcoming, service was carried out efficiently and Bav, the service advisor was very helpful with all my questions.

Quite good, definitely expensive and car came back with an intermittent fault that wasn't there when I dropped it in. To resolve fault I was quoted 600 per light so declined

Garage lost engine cover and screws from underneath of cars. The car has always been serviced at Kentish Town Mini and in the past they have lost or removed the parcel shelf as well and made out it was the customer that removed it.
